Debi Whitcomb Receives ITIL Certification
Permanent linkDebi Whitcomb, who serves as the Director of Process and Project Management, has completed her ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. ITIL, which stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a standardized process library for technology services based on best-practices. Since mid 2011 the Technology Services department has started the process of implementing ITIL processes within the department to improve operational excellence. With this certification Debi will be leading the department's efforts to align existing processes to ITIL standards and assist in overall improvement of our service delivery.
