Samford will present another week packed with public music events Feb. 20-24.

School of the Arts dean Joseph Hopkins, baritone, will present a dramatic, costumed faculty recital as "Figaro," Beaumarchais' most famous character, at 7:30 p.m. in Brock Recital Hall Tuesday, Feb. 21. The recital is sponsored by Patty McDonald.

Guest composer Matthew Kajcienski will present "From Concert to Commercial/Telivision Music" at 7:30 p.m. in Brock Recital Hall Thursday, Feb. 23.

Samford's Choral Vespers series, featuring the A Cappella Choir, will continue Friday, Feb. 24, at 7:30 p.m. in Hodges Chapel.

All events are free-of-charge and open to the public.
