Samford University's first summer term begins Monday (JUNE 2) with about 1,048 undergraduate and graduate students expected for the session, which will conclude July 5.
Summer activities include many camps and conferences for all ages and interests. Sports camps for young athletes include baseball, men's and women's basketball, football, soccer and tennis.

Other programs beginning in June include the annual genealogy institute, an Orff Schulwerk workshop for music teachers, Alabama Governor's School for high school students and a variety of Samford After Sundown non-credit community courses.
