Biographical Information

Kathleen, an AP Scholar with Distinction, was not only ambitious academically, but very involved in high school extracurricular activities. As a member of the International Thespian Society, she competed at the district and state level, and also participated in several school plays as both a technician and minor roles. Furthermore, she is interested in politics and served as President of the Republican Club at her high school, which gave her an opportunity to briefly speak at presidential candidate Newt Gingrich's rally. In addition to her leadership within clubs, Kathleen was also elected Treasurer of her senior class. She hopes to continue pursuing these interests while at Samford.
