Biographical Information

Emily is a National Merit Commended Student. In addition to being the valedictorian of her graduating high school class, Emily was a member of SGA, Mu Alpha Theta, and the Senior Beta Club. She served in roles as the Captain and coach of the Lionettes dance team and colorguard and played clarinet in concert band. Outside of school activities, Emily is also a competitive figure skater. Having already traveled to Moscow, Emily plans to further expand her understanding of other cultures by majoring in International Relations at Samford. After college, Emily plans to pursue a career in humanitarian aid.
