Biographical Information
Whitney, a National Merit Finalist, spent the spring term studying abroad in Hong Kong as a recipient of both a Daniel Foundation International Study Scholarship and the Hon Scholarship. Last summer, Whitney interned with the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce, mentored high school students at the inaugural Great Ideas Summer Institute, and attended the Witherspoon Institute's First Principles Seminar at Princeton. On campus, Whitney has served as a Howard College Ambassador, the vice-president of Lambda Pi Eta, and a resident assistant for upperclassmen. Despite her full curricular and co-curricular load, Whitney has made Dean's List each semester.
