The following entrées will be served with salad, rolls, water, unsweet tea and dessert unless otherwise noted. The selections were designed to be served either as a plated event or buffet style. Served meals require one attendant per 15 guests; buffet setups require one attendant per 20 guests. To expedite service, salads and/or desserts can be preset on the dining tables.
