The following entrées will be served with gourmet salad, rolls/butter and water, unsweet tea & dessert unless otherwise noted. The selections were designed to be served either as a plated event or buffet style. Served meals require one attendant per 15 guests; buffet setups require one attendant per 20 guests. To expedite service – salads and/or desserts can be preset on the dining tables.
