The web services team in the Office of Marketing and Communication manages the online brand for the university and its academic units, creating satisfying online experiences for Samford constituents with engaging digital content.

 The web services team's primary focus is to ensure Samford web and digital properties are positioned as high-performance funnels that drive student recruitment, alumni engagement and online communication. The list of services currently offered include:

  •  producing campaign landing page (events, recruitment processes) that maximize conversions
  •  developing and implementing interactive and engaging content
  •  spearheading social media campaigns
  •  introducing additional mobile-friendly interfaces for on-the-go content consumption
  •  implementing new search engine functionality
  •  retooling analytics to measure the performance of these new activities
  •  sharing trends and tips with the campus community
  •  providing development and online support for new digital media initiatives
